Yes, if you have goods that are damaged on arrival or possess a manufacturing fault please inform us within three working days of receiving the goods. Please see our full terms and conditions for more details.

Yes, our drop shipping service is perfect for internet only companies. 

We do not ordinarily offer trade accounts to eBay or Amazon sellers, unless the terms are reviewed and mutually agreed upon by both parties.

The minimum order amount is £2000, exclusive of VAT. However, there is no minimum order amount for orders which will be collected directly from our warehouse or chosen for direct home delivery!

The first three invoices are paid upfront, however, after these have been paid we enable room for negotiation.

We typically offer a 30 day credit term.

All orders over the value of £2000 are sent carriage free, using via three to four day delivery service! For dropshopping orders, the delivery charges depend on the size of the item, and you can find more by following the link: https://www.arte-n.co.uk/pages/dropshipping

For in stock items, the lead time is around ten working days, whilst for out of stock items, the lead time can be viewed on the respective product page!

Currently the only other alternative is a BACS payment.

Yes, we offer our customers full flexbility regarding product names.
